Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that choosing hair extensions online can sometimes take a little trial and error — and that’s completely okay. That’s why we’ve made our returns process simple, stress-free, and customer-friendly.

 14-Day Returns Guarantee

We happily accept returns for Refunds or Exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the hair extensions remain:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Untied
  • In their original packaging

Our goal is to help you find your perfect match with complete confidence.

How Our Returns Process Works

✅ Step 1: Ensure the Hair Is Unused

For hygiene reasons, all returned hair extensions must be in their original condition.

This means the hair must not have been:

  • Tried on
  • Worn
  • Cut
  • Styled
  • Washed
  • Brushed
  • Altered in any way

Important:

Hair extensions are considered a hygiene product. Once the protective ties, bands, or packaging have been removed, the item becomes non-returnable.

 

✅ Step 2: Return the Hair in Original Packaging

All extensions must be returned with:

  • Original retail packaging
  • Backing card
  • Gold or Silver banding/ties fully intact

You are welcome to carefully slide the hair out of the box to check the colour before deciding — however, the hair itself must remain sealed and untouched.

Please Note:

If the hair has been removed from its protective bindings or packaging, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

✅ Step 3: Send Your Return Back to Us

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once your return arrives back with us and passes inspection, we will process your:

  • Refund, or
  • Exchange

Typically within 24 hours of receiving the item.

You may return your order using any courier of your choice.

However, we strongly recommend using a tracked service that provides a tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

We happily accept returns sent via:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • DPD
  • DHL
  • Yodel
  • InPost

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange — usually within 24 hours.

Good News — No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns or exchanges.
