In your order you will receive 2 pieces of paper - one is your invoice and the other is the returns instructions.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns or a pre-paid returns label.
All customers are liable to pay for their own returns.
We do recommend a tracked return to include a tracking number so it helps both ourselves and yourself incase of any issues.
For our UK customers: Delivery is a FREE next day service with Royal Mail (Tracked 24) for any order placed before 3pm Monday - Friday.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped we are unable to recall it and you will need to return it to us if you need it exchanged.
If you have made a mistake and there is more payment needed we will send you an invoice to the email address you provided on your order in order to make the extra payment on the invoice.
In the UK all orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri should be received the next business day depending whihc delivery service you chose with Royal Mail.
Orders in the evenings (afrer 3pm) and weekends will be processed & despatched on Monday (excluding bank holiday mondays) Please note: We can't predict delays due to weather or traffic conditions. That could potentially result in a delay or late delivery so we just ask for your patience in the unlikely event that happens!
Delays can occur depending on how fast items can clear customs and your local delivery services. If your item hasn't arrived within 3 business days time frame please allow for any delivery issues that may be happening (postal strike action, extreme weather, odd delay). We promise to get you your item as quickly as possible to you in these rare circumstances and will continue to track your parcel until it arrives!
Of course! In the UK all online selling is governed by the Distance Selling Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act! So you have the right to cancel any order before it is shipped for a full refund. If you have received the item and would like a refund that's okay too BUT as long as the item hasn't been untied, tried on or tampered with you can return for a Refund or Exchange.
Please note funds typically are returned to your account within 3-5 business days but can take up to 28 days depending on your bank.
Very quickly! Orders must be placed Mon-Fri before 3pm for same day despatch. In fact your Halo London order will be shipped typically within hours of successful payment.

In some circumstances we may use an alternative if necessary. For our International customers, your local postal service will deliver your item. All items will be sent with a tracking number that is emailed to your registered email address after the item is shipped! Check your junk email folder if you haven't received this tracking number within 1 business day!

We offer all our customers a money back guarantee when purchasing from Halo. You're welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it providing you haven't untied it from its packaging, tried on or tampered with the item.
All items untied, re-tied back together, tried on or tampered with will not be allowed back for Refund or Exchange.

No problem, we will refund/exchange all hair extensions providing they have not been united from the gold banding, removed from the backing card, tried on or tampered with.
The hair must arrive back to us as it was sent out - (don't worry if you do not have the outer brown cardboard packaging it came in)

All returns postage costs are to be paid for by the customer and we will not pay for the returns customs and taxes if they are applied.

I love my new extensions, the quality is lovely, I ordered #60 as I am white blonde however the extensions were much darker.... but I decided to risk bleaching them for 30 minutess and washed with purple toner, and now they are almost white!

I am one to NEVER leave reviews but I do have to leave one for this... No one ever knows that i am wearing extensions! Go for the 20inch if you hair is long otherwise you are able to notice the length difference so stick to 16inch if your hair is short.
